About us & our products

Madhumitra is a health & wellness retailer offering diet & diabetes foods, sugar-free products, chemical-free produce, wellness devices and Ayurvedic essentials. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith; packaging may occasionally vary.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed. Orders are currently paid by Cash on Delivery — you pay in cash to our delivery person when the order arrives. Secure online payment through our payment gateway, Razorpay, will be added shortly; we will never store your card or banking credentials.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you place it with Cash on Delivery, or once we accept a delivery-confirmation request for pincodes outside our regular network. We may cancel or decline an order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery constraints, and will refund any amount already paid, where applicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sangli, Maharashtra.
